经核实，以下7位留学生在疫情防控期间，因未经申请审批，私自前往其他省市，隐瞒、延迟报告其所在位置，违反浙江财经大学新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控相关文件要求及国际学院疫情防控规定。为严肃校规校纪，教育广大同学，决定给予该7位同学严重警告处分，取消其本学年奖学金评选资格。

另有13名留学生，在疫情防控期间，因未经申请审批私自离杭、未按要求落实每日健康打卡制度，违反浙江财经大学新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控相关文件要求及国际学院疫情防控规定。为严肃校规校纪，教育广大同学，决定给予该13位同学警告处分。
