新学期即将开始，现将有关事项通知如下，请大家仔细阅读并提前做好准备。
Dear International Students,
The new semester is approaching. Please read the following information carefully and make the necessary preparations.
1.上课时间
1. Class Start Dates
★2023—2025级国际本科生、2024—2025级国际研究生于9月20日（星期日）正式上课。9月20日按照周五课表上课，请根据个人课表按时上课。
★2026级新生（含语言生、本科生和研究生）于9月29日（星期二）正式上课。
★International undergraduate students enrolled in2023–2025and international graduate students enrolled in2024–2025will start classes onSunday, September 20.The Friday class schedule will be followed on September 20. Please attend classes on time according to your individual schedule.
★New international students enrolled in2026, including language students, undergraduate students, and graduate students, will start classes onTuesday, September 29.
2.确认课表及上课地点
2. Check Your Class Schedule and Classroom Location
请语言生、预科生和本科生提前登录教务系统，研究生登录研究生系统，查询新学期课表，并仔细核对上课时间、上课校区及教室地点。如有同个半天涉及跨校区上课的情况，请及时与国际学院教学办公室联系。如遇无法查询或课表信息有误等情况，请及时联系国际学院教学办公室处理。
Language students, foundation-program students, and undergraduate students should log in to the Academic Affairs System in advance, while graduate students should log in to the Graduate Student System. Please check your class schedule carefully and confirm the class time, campus, and classroom location.
If you have classes on different campuses during the same morning or afternoon, please contact theTeaching Affairs Office of the School of International Education & Studiespromptly. If you are unable to access your schedule or find any incorrect information, please contact theTeaching Affairs Office of the Schoolfor assistance.
3.确认学生名单
3. Student Roster Confirmation
任课老师将在第一次课上核对学生名单。如你已选修课程但不在名单中，请及时联系国际学院教学办公室。
Your teacher will check the class roster during the first class. If you have registered for a course but your name is not on the roster, please contact theTeaching Affairs Office of the Schoolpromptly.
4.课堂考勤
4. Attendance Requirements
课堂出勤将影响课程成绩、奖学金评定以及签证和居留许可相关管理。请按时上课并遵守考勤规定。
迟到15分钟以内记为“迟到”；迟到15分钟及以上按旷课处理。出勤率过低的学生将按照学校相关规定处理。
Class attendance may affect yourcourse grades, scholarship evaluation, and matters related to your visa and residence permit. Please attend classes on time and follow the attendance requirements.
Students who arriveless than 15 minutes latewill be marked“Late,”while students who arrive15 minutes late or morewill be marked“Absent.”Students with insufficient attendance will be subject to the relevant university regulations.
5.课堂签到
5. Class Check-in
★每堂课须按任课老师要求在“上课啦”完成签到。
★严禁代签、替他人签到或将签到码发送给未到教室的学生。
★如因迟到等原因未能签到，请于课间或课后及时联系任课老师，由任课老师核实并修改考勤状态。
★You are required to check in through“Shangkela”for every class as required by your teacher.
★Checking in for another student, asking another student to check in for you, or sharing the check-in code with students who are not present is strictly prohibited.
★If you miss the check-in due to late arrival or other reasons, please contact your teacher during the break or after class. Your teacher will verify your attendance and update your attendance record accordingly.
6.校际班车安排
6. Inter-Campus Shuttle Bus Service
本学期，下沙校区与春潮校区之间将安排运行校际班车或公交车。有跨校区上课需求的学生，请提前查看班车时刻表，根据个人课程安排合理规划出行时间，并提前到达指定乘车地点候车，以免因错过班车或交通原因影响正常上课。
具体班车时刻、乘车地点及相关安排将在近日通知。如班车安排后续有调整，请以学院最新通知为准。
Inter-campus shuttle busesor public buseswill operate between theXiasha Campusand theChunchao Campusthis semester. Students who need to travel between campuses for classes are advised to check the shuttle bus or public bus schedule in advance, plan their travel time according to their class schedule, and arrive at the designated pick-up point early to avoid being late for class due to missing the bus or other transportation-related delays.
Details ofdeparture times, pick-up locations, and other arrangementswill soon be announced. In case of any changes, please follow the latest notice issued by the School.
