各位同学：
期末考试即将来临，现将一些考试相关事项通知如下：
一、考核时间
本学期期末考核时间将集中安排在16-18周。具体课程考试时间，任课老师会与你们沟通。国际学院教学办会将考核详细安排在学院网站、微信公众号等平台公布。
二、考核方式
（1）课程论文；（2）开卷考试；（3）闭卷考试。
三、考核要求
若采取课程论文方式考核，任课老师会将课程论文要求提前发布，并明确论文提交截止时间（课程论文封面见附件1）。
若采取考试形式进行考核，考试正式开始后，任课教师会将试题发布到班级群。考核时间共2小时，各位同学务必在规定时间内提交试卷。交卷时间截止后，任课教师会将交卷学生名单在班级群及时发布确认。
四、注意事项
1.学生如果发现本人有课程之间的考试时间冲突，请第一时间和国际学院教学办沟通处理;
2.老师会提前一周将答题纸发给学生，学生需要提前打印好答题纸。考试当天在答题纸上手写答案，再拍照传回给老师，否则将视作旷考；
3.请务必在答卷上写好自己的学号、姓名；
4.禁止传递答案，互相抄袭，如发现答卷内容高度雷同，经学校有关部门确认为雷同卷，将根据《国际学生违纪处分管理规定》严肃处理所有试卷涉及学生，学年奖学金也将随之取消；
5.旷课3次以上的学生将会被取消考试资格。被取消考试资格的学生，任课教师会通知到学生本人，如学生有异议，可联系国际学院教学办协助沟通确认。
6.（1）闭卷考试。请将摄像头打开，且不得寻求网络和他人的帮助，不得找人代考，一旦发现字迹严重不符，将被严肃处理。（2）开卷考试。可不开摄像头，具体要求视任课老师而定。（3）课程论文。请在任课老师要求的时间内提交论文，逾期未交者，将视为未交。（4）遵照任课老师的考试要求，听从老师的考试安排，按时参加考试和提交答卷。如超过考试要求的时间仍未提交答卷者，该门课成绩将视为零分。
Dear Students,
The final exam is around the corner, and here's what you need to know:
I.Time for final assessment
The final exams of this semester will be arranged in the 16th-18th week.The teachers will inform you the specific time of the exams. The Teaching Affairs’ Office of the School of International Education and Studies will publish the exam details on the school's website, WeChat public account, etc.
II.How to assess
(1)Course paper; (2)Open-book examination; (3)Closed-book examination.
III.Requirements for assessment
If a course paper is used for assessment, the instructor will publish its requirements in advance and specify the deadline for paper submission. (Please refer to the paper cover in Appendix 1.)
If an examination is used for assessment, the teacher will post the exam questions in the course group when the exam begins. The time for examination is 2 hours in total, and all students must submit the test papers within the limited time. After the deadline, the instructor will post the name list of students who have submitted the exam successfully in the class group timely for confirmation.
Ⅳ.Points for attention
1.If a student finds that he or she has an examination time conflict with other courses, please communicate with the Teaching Affair’s Office of the School of International Education and Studies as soon as possible.
2.The teacher will send the answer sheet to the students one week beforehand, and all students must print out the answer sheet in advance, handwrite the answer on the answer sheet on the day of the test, and then take a photo and send it back to the teacher, otherwise it will be regarded as a missed test.
3.Please be sure to write your name and student number on the answer sheet.
4.It is important to note that answers must not be passed around or copied from one another. If the content of the answers is found to be highly similar or confirmed to be identical by the relevant department of the school, all students involved will be dealt with seriously in accordance with the regulations and scholarships of the academic year will be subsequently canceled;
5.Students who miss class more than 3 times will be disqualified from the exam.For those students who are disqualified from the exam, the teacher will notify the students. If the students have objections, they can contact the Teaching Affair’s Office of the School of International Education and Studies to assist in communication and confirmation with the teachers.
6.(1)Closed-book examination. Please turn on the camera. Do not seek the network and other people's help. Do not find someone to take the test. Once the handwriting is found to be seriously inconsistent, students will receive punishment. (2)Open-book Examination. No cameras are required, and the specific requirements will be given by the teacher. (3)Course paper. Please submit your paper within the time required by the teacher. Delayed papers will be considered as not submitted. (4)Comply with the teacher's examination requirements, follow the teachers’examination arrangements, attend the examination and submit the examination papers on time. If you fail to submit your answer sheet within the time required, your grade in the course will be regarded as zero.
