Class Requirements
开学第1-2周允许试听，学生可以根据课表和学分制培养方案给自己“加课”或“减课”，需到教学办公室登记申请，否则视为无效。
Students are allowed to sit in on the class for the 1st and 2nd weeks of the semester to decide whether to take the course or not. If you want to take the course, you can apply for it to the Teaching Affairs Office. Otherwise it will be invalid.
课程重修或重修时间冲突需要申请免听，须到教学办公室登记申请，否则视为无效。免听课程仍需按时完成平时测验和作业。
Students can apply for exemption from attending the course you relearn if there is time conflict. However, you have to complete all the assignments and take the final test.
加课减课的申请截止时间是第2周的周五16:00，重修和免听的申请截止时间是第4周的周五16:00，在这之后不再接受申请。
The deadline of apply for add or cancel courses: Friday 16:00 of the 2nd week. The deadline of apply for relearn or exemption from attending the course: Friday 16:00 of the 4th week. After then the application will no longer accepted.
一学期每门课程缺课合计3次，取消期末考试资格和缓补考资格，该课程重修，重修费为75元/学分，从2017年9月开始执行。
Absence of any course reaches to 3 times, you will be disqualified with the final exam and make-up exam of this course. Course should be relearned.
Relearn fee: 75 yuan/credit ( effective from September 2017 ).
因特殊原因不能参加期末考试，需在考试前填写申请表，否则不得参加缓补考，只能重修。
Due to some special reasons students won't participate in the final exam. You need to apply in Teaching Affairs Office before the final exam. Otherwise you will be disqualified with the make-up exam. Course should be relearned.
上课20分钟后不许签到，作缺勤处理。
You are not allowed to sign your name on the attendance form when you are late for 20 minutes.
上课不允许吃东西、玩游戏，除回答老师问题之外，不允许大声说话。
You are resquested to respect teachers in the classroom by listening to them attentively. Do not eat or chat with others. Do not play games.
不得无故旷课，请假需到管理办公室填写请假单，经同意后交给授课老师，否则做缺勤处理。
Students who want to ask for leave should get permission in advance. You must get the Leave Application from Teaching Affairs Office first then take it to the teacher, otherwise, you will be regarded as absent from school without permission.
每个学期有一次期末考试，期末考试不通过，在下学期开学初有一次补考机会，补考不通过的学生需要重修。补考免费，重修需要提前收费。
There are final exams at the end of every semester. If you fail the final exam you should attend the make-up exam at the beginning of next semester. If you fail again, you have to relearn the course at the following semesters when the course is offered. Make-up exam is free. Retaking the course is to be charged.
每人都有一个唯一的登记号，在考勤、考试中需要填写，必须牢记。
Every student has a Registration Number (Example: 2015D208) which shall be signed when you attend classes or exams, you should remember the Number!
Graduation Requirements
学生需取得培养方案规定的全部必修课程（环节）的学分和所需选修课程的学分，并取得毕业总学分和德、体合格，方能毕业，获得证书。
To graduate, students must successfully complete all the courses and credits required within the stipulated time. Those graduates who meet the requirements will be awarded with certificate.
Exam Requirements
1、Students should bring student ID card (blue one) or passport to take the exam, otherwise you are not allowed to enter the classroom.
2、Students should keep quiet. Don’t cheat or help others cheat on the exam. Don’t bring items like cell phone other than those specified into your seat. Otherwise, your score would be zero.
3、You are not allowed to enter the classroom if you are late for 15 minutes or more. And you are not allowed to hand in your examination paper 30 minutes before the exam finishes.
4、If you have to go to the toilet during the exam, please raise your hand. You will be accompanied by an exam supervisor.
5、You are not allowed to ask other students hand in your examination paper for you. It is prohibited that you leave the classroom with your examination paper, answer sheet and related test materials.
6、Don't forget to write down your “Document Number/ Registration Number” on the exam paper.
